Review replies

Reply to every Google review in your voice

Biz on Maps drafts a reply to each Google review in your tone, naming what the customer mentioned, with at most one keyword. You send one, send them all, or switch on auto-reply. Auto-reply can be switched on for 4 and 5 star reviews; 1–3 star reviews always wait for you. Each reply costs 1 credit.

Coming soon: sending replies, posts and photos to Google switches on once Google approves our access. Until then you draft, edit and approve everything here.

Reviews across platforms

Read Google, Trustpilot and Tripadvisor reviews in one inbox. Draft replies in the reviewer’s language and translate them into English for checking. Only Google supports direct posting; for Trustpilot and Tripadvisor, copy the reply and post it yourself. Mark as replied records your acknowledgement, not confirmed delivery.

On Growth and Business, embed the six newest imported reviews, including low ratings, in a fixed-height website widget. Download monthly review PDFs with eligible partner logos and colours, plus A4 QR posters, A5 fold-line table tents and 80 mm receipt PDFs. Partner branding requires business-owner consent.

The Reminders due list allows one reminder after three days without a tracked click. Copy and WhatsApp prepare a message for you to send; email reminders are off. Competitor comparisons are fictional demo examples, not live benchmarks. Every customer has the same review choices. Trademarks belong to their owners.

How do review replies work?

  1. 1Connect your Google Business Profile (read and reply permission only).
  2. 2New reviews arrive in your Reviews inbox with a draft reply already written.
  3. 3Read it, edit if you like, then tap Send — or Send all.
  4. 4Auto-reply can be switched on for 4 and 5 star reviews; 1–3 star reviews always wait for you. Auto-replies are spaced out so they never look like a burst.

What makes the replies sound human?

Each reply uses the customer's first name and the actual product or service they mentioned, so it reads like you wrote it. It uses at most one of your keywords, and about one in four positive replies mentions your town.

Negative reviews get a calm, short reply with no keywords, no town and no selling. Those always wait for you to send.

Can it improve replies I've already posted?

Yes. Open any review and choose “Suggest a better reply”. You see the new version side by side and update it on Google only if you confirm.

Branded review images

Turn a great review into a post image for Google and your Brand page. The words are added by our design layer, never by the AI, so names are never misspelt. In Wolverhampton or anywhere else, it's a quick way to show real feedback.

Common questions

Do replies go live without me checking?

Only if you choose to. Auto-reply can be switched on for 4 and 5 star reviews; 1–3 star reviews always wait for you.

Does it reply to negative reviews?

It drafts a calm reply with no keywords or selling. You decide whether to send it.

Will Google see a burst of replies?

No. Replies are paced a few minutes apart with a daily cap per business.

Can I change the tone?

Yes. Pick a tone in Auto-reply settings; every draft follows it.

What does a reply cost?

1 credit per draft. If the draft fails, the credit comes back automatically.

Can it reply in my keywords?

It uses at most one keyword phrase per reply, only where it reads naturally, and never in negative reviews.

Is it safe to connect my Google Business Profile?

Yes. You connect through Google's own sign-in screen, so we never see your Google password, and the access key Google gives us is stored encrypted. You can disconnect at any time from your settings or your Google account.

What happens if I run out of credits?

AI actions pause until your monthly credits refresh, or you can top up 500 credits for £12 at any time. Nothing is charged without you choosing it, and any action that fails is refunded automatically.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel during the 14-day free trial (which includes 250 trial credits) and you aren't charged. After your first payment you have 30 days to ask for a full refund. After that, cancelling stops the plan renewing at the end of the year or month you paid for.
