1. Our target
We aim for our website and dashboard to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We design for keyboard use, visible focus, good colour contrast, screen readers and reduced motion.
2. Current status
We test key pages with automated tools and by hand. Some parts may not yet fully meet the standard, for example complex charts and maps, and content added by businesses to their own Brand pages. We are working on these.
3. Report a problem
If something is hard to use, email hello@bizonmaps.com with the page and what happened. We reply within one working day (Monday to Friday, UK time). We can also provide information in another format.
