Data Processing Addendum (summary)

1. Roles
For data about your own customers (for example orders, bookings, chats and review-request contacts), your business is the controller and Biz on Maps is the processor. For your account and billing data, we are the controller (see our Privacy policy).
2. Our commitments
- Process personal data only on your documented instructions.
- Staff and sub-processors are bound by confidentiality.
- Appropriate security measures (see Security).
- Use only the listed sub-processors and tell you before changes.
- Help you answer data subject requests and assess risks.
- Tell you without undue delay about a personal data breach affecting your data.
- Delete or return data at the end of the service.
- Appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
3. Request the full DPA
Email hello@bizonmaps.com with your business name and account email and we will send the full DPA for signature.
