• Do not offer rewards for reviews or only ask happy customers (review gating).
• Do not try to remove genuine reviews you simply dislike.

• Only contact people who have agreed to hear from you or where you have another lawful basis.
• Do not use posts, chats or review requests to send bulk unwanted messages.

• No illegal, hateful, violent, sexual or misleading content.
• No counterfeit goods, weapons, drugs or other items that are illegal to sell where you trade.
• Only use photos, logos and text you have the right to use.

Only connect businesses you own or are authorised to manage. Do not pretend to be another person or business.

Do not scrape, overload, probe or bypass the security, rate limits or credit system of the service.

We may remove content, pause automation, or suspend or close an account that breaks this policy, our Terms, or Google’s policies. Where reasonable we will warn you first. Report misuse to hello@bizonmaps.com.
