Reviews across platforms
Read Google, Trustpilot and Tripadvisor reviews in one inbox. Draft replies in the reviewer’s language and translate them into English for checking. Only Google supports direct posting; for Trustpilot and Tripadvisor, copy the reply and post it yourself. Mark as replied records your acknowledgement, not confirmed delivery.
On Growth and Business, embed the six newest imported reviews, including low ratings, in a fixed-height website widget. Download monthly review PDFs with eligible partner logos and colours, plus A4 QR posters, A5 fold-line table tents and 80 mm receipt PDFs. Partner branding requires business-owner consent.
The Reminders due list allows one reminder after three days without a tracked click. Copy and WhatsApp prepare a message for you to send; email reminders are off. Competitor comparisons are fictional demo examples, not live benchmarks. Every customer has the same review choices. Trademarks belong to their owners.
- Review repliesReply to every Google review in your voiceBiz on Maps drafts a reply to each Google review in your tone, naming what the customer mentioned, with at most one keyword. You send one, send them all, or switch on auto-reply. Auto-reply can be switched on for 4 and 5 star reviews; 1–3 star reviews always wait for you. Each reply costs 1 credit.
- Map checkSee where you rank on Google Maps, street by streetMap check searches Google Maps from a grid of points around your business and shows your position at each one: green means top three, amber means lower down, red means customers can't find you there yet. Track it weekly from 1 credit per 9 points and watch it improve.
- AI searchDo ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok recommend you?AI search check asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok the questions your customers ask, then shows whether each one recommends you, your position and why. It runs again every two weeks and costs 1 credit per engine per keyword. This is what people call GEO: generative engine optimization.
