The software works for any business in the EU with a Google Business Profile. This page covers the EU as a region; it is not a country page, and we have no office in the EU. Any VAT that applies is worked out at checkout from your billing details.
Google's policies prohibit offering incentives for reviews and selectively asking only happy customers. Biz on Maps's review links send every customer to the same Google destination. Under EU consumer law (the Omnibus Directive 2019/2161), fake reviews are banned and businesses that publish reviews must explain how they check they come from real customers.
