How it works

Connect. Create. Approve.

Biz on Maps works in three steps. Connect your Google Business Profile with Google’s own sign-in. Create review replies, posts and images in your brand voice, guided by your keywords. Then approve and schedule each update, so nothing reaches Google until you say so, unless you switch on auto-reply.

Connect your profile

Choose the Google account and locations you are allowed to manage.

Bring the work together

Import reviews and services, add brand details, photos and consented request contacts.

Create and compare

Draft replies and posts, inspect nearby businesses, review map observations and study customer themes.

Approve and act

Approve publishable work, schedule posts, assign actions and export clear reports.

Two useful paths from a real review

Turn one customer voice into trust and learning.

A review can receive an editable reply draft. With permission, its exact quote and attribution can also become a free template-rendered image attached to a separate draft.

  • Tone, language and sign-off stay location-specific
  • Quote wording is not invented or rewritten
  • Nothing publishable skips approval

A clear workflow, built around your approval.

Availability

Know what is ready—and what still needs attention.

Profile reading needs a connected Google account. Map scans and sampled AI-answer checks need activation before they can run; manual AI-answer records and imports remain available.

  • Demo data stays clearly labelled
  • Map observations are not ranking guarantees
  • Sampled AI answers are not consumer chatbot coverage
